The standing contract. A fixed crew, the same faces most nights, working a written scope your property manager signs off on.

Somebody in the building while it is occupied. Washrooms checked on a schedule, spills dealt with before they are complaints, and a face the tenants know.

Post-construction cleanup

Rough, final and touch-up cleans for tenant fit-outs and base-building work, priced by phase so the general contractor can hold the schedule.
